  3. Description or evaluation of the experiences the group made after closely following one patient: did you learn more of what it is like to be a patient?

  4. Flow chart depicting what the patient went through when observed by the students

  5. Cause/effect diagram related to the area chosen for quality improvement

  6. Quality goal with structure, process, and result criteria related to the area chosen for improvement

  7. Evaluation of the entire process including addressing the following questions:

    • What was useful?

    • What have they learned?

    • What could have been done differently with respect to the care giving?

    • Recommendations for further projects?
