| Situation monitoring | Tracking fellow team members' performance to ensure that the work is running as expected and that proper procedures are followed |
| Mutual support | Providing feedback and coaching to improve performance or when a lapse is detected; assisting teammate in performing a task; and completing a task for the team member when an overload is detected |
| Leadership | Ability to direct/coordinate team members, assess team performance, allocate tasks, motivate subordinates, plan/organise and maintain a positive team environment |
